Free Shipping Within Australia
Worldwide Shipping: We ship items worldwide, and we ship through Australia Post Office only. We ship items to your registered order address (displayed on the order), please edit your order address carefully before checking out.
Fast Shipping: Please note that we ship items within 24hours after full payment received. For standard postage (by default), please allow 1~6 business days for delivery. For express postage (optional), the Australia Post Office guarantees next day delivery for most places within Australia. Please note that the delivery time frame may vary due to local dispatch delay or other reasons such public holiday. If you have not received your order after 12 business days, please contact us, thank you!
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Return & Refund
It is OK to change your mind. If you have changed your mind about the purchase, please return the product(s) together with original packaging within 14 days of delivery. You will receive 100% refund of the products (return shipping is not refundable) when the returned item(s) are delivered. Please note that we'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Free Replacement or Fully Refund. In case the item is damaged on arrive, please simply “Return to Sender” and we are happy to provide you free replacement or fully refund, please remember to report us any issues within 14 days of delivery, thank you!
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
