How do I create an account?
There are two ways to create an account:
1, Create an account directly from ZEMEL Warehouse website: At the top-right of the website, there are two buttons: Login and Sign Up. To create an account, simply click on the Sign Up button and follow the instructions to complete it.
 
2, Create an account when you checkout: as a guest, you can view our products freely and add them into your shopping cart by clicking the ADD TO CART button. Once your shopping cart is not empty, you have a chance to PROCEED TO CHECKOUT. In the checkout page, you have options to choose CONTINUE AS GUEST or Sign in now. Definitely you can process checkout as a guest, but we suggest you sign in or sign up an account by clicking Sign in now and choose Create an account then. By creating an account, your post address will be saved in our system which makes it easier and quicker for you to shop in the future, it's more convenient for you.

Can I view and print history orders / invoices?
Sure! Please simply Login to your Account first. At the bottom of the page, under the column of Accounts & Orders, click on the "Order Status" and all your orders will be displayed. Select the order that you want to view or print invoice, click on its Order Number and the order details will be displayed there. To print an invoice for that order, please simply click on the PRINT INVOICE button and follow the instructions to print it. Also you can click on the REORDER button to reorder the same product if you want, it's very convenient.

How do I login to my account?
At the top-right of the website page, please simply click on the Login button and follow the instructions to login. Please note that your registered email address and password will be required to login.

I'm having trouble to login/or I forgot my password
If you have forgotten your password, you can simply reset it by clicking the Forgot your password? link next to the LOGIN button. Check your email box and follow the links provided to reset it.

What personal information do you store on your server?
We store order relating information only, for example: user name, phone number, email address, post address and instructions. We never keep your credit-card information (checkout process is handled through third-party services which use industry-standard 128bit SSL encryption to keep secure, and we have no chance to see it at all).

Is my information secure?
Absolutely! Your privacy is very important and we never share it with third parties without your written consent. We are always checking to ensure that we are using the latest security and encryption protocols to protect your data. Also, we store order relating information only, and we do not collect any of your sensitive information such as bank account or password, financial information, credit card information etc.

Can I modify my delivery address and contact details in my account?
Sure, please simply login to your account and a menu bar will be displayed in he middle of the page.
 
To modify your address, please click on the ADDRESSES button from the menu bar and follow the instructions to modify.
 
To update your contact details such as email address, phone number and so on, please simply click on the ACCOUNT SETTINGS button from the menu bar and follow the instructions to update it.

Can I join your mailing list to receive special offer and promotion information?
Definitely. At the lower part of the website page, there is a message information displays as JOIN OUR MAILING LIST for special offers!, please simple type in your email address and click on JOIN button to join it.

How do I place an order?
Placing an order is as simple as adding products into your shopping cart and checkout: when you find a product that you want to buy, simply add it to you shopping cart by clicking on the corresponding ADD TO CART button.
 
Once an item is added into your shopping cart, PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button will be available. Under the checkout page, you can still review the items in your cart to make adjustments if necessary. Your order is confirmed when the checkout and payment processes completed.

What payment types do you accept?
We currently accept the following payment methods:

Can I place multiple orders and ship to different addresses?
Sure, you can always edit the delivery address of your order when checking out.
 
If there are two or more items in your cart when checking out, a button will be available under the Shipping section so that you can choose between Ship to multiple addresses and Ship to a single address. By selecting Ship to multiple addresses, you can edit delivery address of each item separately. By selecting Ship to a single address, you can simply ship all items to one delivery address.

Can I modify my order?
Sure, it's okay to change your mind and modify your order before shipping. Once you have received your dispatch confirmation email, it is too late to modify your order.

To ensure you receive products as soon as possible, we guarantee shipping orders within 24-hours (business hour) after payment received. Sometimes we pack your order even within 30 minutes after payment cleared, this gives you only a short window of opportunity to Contact Us so that we can hold on your order to make the necessary changes.


Outside business hours, you have a little extra time to get in touch with us. In this case, please Contact Us by your preferred means, and if possible please follow up as soon as we are back in the office to ensure that we don't miss your request of changes.

How can I make additional payment on a modified order?
Please note that we don't take credit card payment over the phone. If we modified your order and need to make additional payments, please Contact Us and we will send you a link to make additional payment.

Alternatively, you can also make payment directly if you want, and send us a screenshot when the payment completed, below are our payment options:

Can I cancel my order?
Sure, it's okay to change your mind and cancel your order before shipping. Once you have received your dispatch confirmation email, it is too late to cancel the order.
 
Please note that orders already shipped CANNOT be modified or canceled. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 30 minutes of placing it.

But don't worry, only if you confirm that you don't need an order anymore, please don't open it when it get delivered. Instead, please send it back to us and we will offer you store credit (full order price) or 'cash' refund (10% restock fee involves) then. Please remember to Contact Us before returning it, thank you!

How do I use my Voucher/Coupon Code?

If you have a promotion Voucher or Coupon Code, you can enter it during checkout on the same page where you choose shipping methods. "Order Summary" field locates at the right side of the page, and there is a button named 'Promo/Gift Certificate' at the bottom of "Order Summary" field, please click on this button and enter your code to apply.
