What brand are the products?
The brand of each product may be different but all of them have been clearly stated in the product description. For generic / unbranded products, you might consider them as ZEMEL brand, their quality is guaranteed by ZEMEL Warehouse, and we proudly provide 12 months warranty for all of the brand new products.

Where are your products manufactured?
Most of our products are sourced directly from manufacturers worldwide, and some of them are sourced from licensed Australia wholesale suppliers, including the wrapping and packaging materials. No matter where the products are sourced from, their qualities are fully guaranteed.

Does ZEMEL Warehouse supply customized products?
Yes. ZEMEL Warehouse cooperates with manufactures directly and we are happy to accept customized orders, for example: special angle connectors, special length cables, a special color that that you like best. Please note that minimum quantity and deposit will be required for customized orders, please feel free to contact us for more details.

Do you test each product before shipping?
Unfortunately we can't test every one of the tens of thousands of products we sell each year. All products have been tested in the factory and passed quality requirements before coming into our warehouse, and we do sampling test of every new product to ensure that it meets our expectations of design, build quality and performance.

Can I get technical support before and after purchasing?
Sure! We proudly offer professional consultant services to ensure you get the right products for your needs, and we provide after-sales services and technical support as well. Customer services provided through phone call, live-chat or messages are free.
If you require on-site services from our technical supporting team, extra service fee will be involved.
