What shipping options do you offer?
For Australia domestic orders, we offer both regular posting service and express posting service, also we support local pickup as well. Regular posting service is free, but extra postage involves for express posting service. You can choose your preferred shipping method when you checkout.
 
For oversea orders, we offer regular posting service by default. Please contact us if you require express posting services.

What are your shipping rates?
We proudly offer FREE Regular Shipping Australia Wide! Also, we offer Express Shipping service and Local Pickup service as well. Please note that extra postage involves for express shipping service, our flat-rate express postage & handling fee is $12.50 (inc GST).
 
For oversea orders, our flat-rate standard postage & handling fee is only $30.00 (inc GST).

Can you combine postage if I purchase more than one item?

What post carrier services do you use?
We cooperate with Australia Post Office (), and we support Regular Post Service, Express Post Service and Registered Post Service for shipping of our orders. We use the most suitable post and packaging services to ensure you receive your order safely and as soon as possible.

How soon will you dispatch my order?
We guarantee shipping within 24-hours after payment received. Normally your order will be shipped the same day suppose payment get cleared before 12PM (AEST) on business day, and we take great pride in our real-time inventory system and rapid shipping!

How quickly will my order arrive?
See the charts below for an estimation of the delivery times. Please note that delays may occur outside of our control. If your parcel / mail is not delivered within the estimated delivery date (EDC) of Australia Post Office - please let us know.

If you need your item(s) very urgently and you are within Greater Melbourne area, please Contact Us and we are happy to arrange local pickup directly from our warehouse.

Can I pickup my order in-store?
Yes! We proudly support local pickup in Greater Melbourne area. Please select Pickup in Store in the Shipping Method section of your checkout, and we will pack your order well and inform you when it's ready to pickup. Please note that it is contact-free pickup by default, which is safe and convenient for you.
 
Our warehouse is located in Kilsyth (VIC 3137), please Contact Us if you need more information.

Can I use my own courier service to make a pickup?
Sure! If you have an account with a courier company which serves the Kilsyth (VIC 3137) area, we can have your parcel prepared for pick-up, and we will send you a message to inform you when your order is ready to be collected.

Please note that we don't stock Receiver Pays labels for any courier companies, and it's your responsibility to organize the collection and pay corresponding payments.

Do you deliver to PO BOX address?
Yes! We cooperate with Australia Post Office and we support shipping orders to PO BOX addresses.

Do I have to be at home to receive my parcel?
Not necessarily. If you know that you won't be at home to receive a parcel, please leave an Authority to Leave note in the "Order Comments" field of the Shipping section when you checkout. Please note that issuing an Authority to Leave voids your shipping insurance, and we cannot replace parcels that are lost or stolen.

For registered parcels, signature will be required on delivery. That is to say, a notification card will be left in your letterbox if no one sign to receive it, and your parcel will be left at your local Post Office await your collection then.

How do I write Authority to Leave for my order?
The "Order Comments" field is designed to accept special information/instructions of your parcel delivery relating issues. This is commonly an Authority to Leave such as "If not home, please leave at front door". Alternatively, it can be used to help the delivery driver find your address, such as "Number 21B, down the easement opposite the fuel station".

When giving instructions or Authority to Leave, please note that delivery drivers are not permitted to access private areas such as back yard or security gate, and they also have no facility to phone you before delivery. Please note that delivery drivers are not obligated to follow your instructions.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship worldwide.

Are all your products in stock and in Australia?
Yes. If our website says that we have an item in stock, then it's on our warehouse shelf in Melbourne waiting for you!
 
For bulk orders in urgent need, in case stock errors occur, we will contact you as soon as possible and solve the issue to your satisfaction as quickly as we can.

Which shipping options come with tracking?
Both Express Shipping and Registered Shipping come with tracking number by default.
 
All International Shipping come with tracking number as well.
 
For Regular Shipping orders that valued $20 or more, a tracking number is available as well. 
 
For Regular Shipping orders that valued less than $20, they will be processed through Bulk Mail system of Australia Post Office, and there's no tracking number available by default. Please Contact Us if you specially need a tracking number for your order which valued less than $20, thank you!.

How can I track my order?
All tracking numbers will be updated into the system. You will receive a Dispatch Confirmation Email when the dispatch process is done, and the tracking number will be included there as well.
 
The title of the Dispatch Confirmation email looks like "Your ZEMEL Warehouse Order Has Been Updated (#Your Order Number)".

To track the delivery status of your parcel, please visit Australia Post Office, or go to your local post office with that tracking number for more details.

To view the status of your order, please simply click the link in the Dispatch Confirmation Email, and you will be directed to the order status page automatically.

Will ZEMEL Warehouse track my order for me?
To avoid missing your parcel delivery, we encourage you to track your order delivery status by yourself.
 
Please note that it is buyer's responsibility to provide correct delivery address and accept parcel delivery correspondingly. We are happy to help you if necessary, please feel free to Contact Us if you want us help you check the delivery status of your order.

What to do if I missed my parcel delivery?

If you're not home to sign for a delivery, or there's no safe place for us to leave your parcel, a card will be left for you and your parcel will be taken into the nearest Post Office awaiting for your collection.You'll have 10 business days to collect it before the item is returned to the sender.
